We ship our parcels via UPS, USPS, or Amazon Fulfillment. These carriers aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays, to customers in the USA; however, this timeframe cannot be guaranteed. We strive to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Once the parcel has been accepted by UPS, USPS, or Amazon Fulfillment, the delivery time is beyond our control. Most orders will include a tracking number if shipped with UPS, USPS, or Amazon Fulfillment (at our discretion).

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
Delivery Time: While our carriers aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided for most orders, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the USA. We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a resolution.
